Two system-level care pathways within the framework highlight the evidence-informed best-practice key care activities for the prevention and management of lower-limb wounds. They are meant for use by lower-limb preservation organizations, administrators, champions, and leaders to guide the development and delivery of lower-limb preservation services in Ontario.
