Outcomes Reports
In alignment with CorHealth Ontario’s Strategic Direction to Measure and Report on Quality and Outcomes, CorHealth Ontario routinely prepares targeted outcomes reports. These targeted outcomes reports allow institutions in Ontario to view their performance in a focused area of cardiac, vascular or stroke care and compare that performance to their peers across the province. The reports aim to create a culture of quality that generates ongoing improvements in patient care through awareness and collaboration.
