This 3-panel poster is based on the “Cognition and Perception” sections of the Tips & Tools for Everyday Living: A Guide for Stroke Caregivers (Heart and Stroke, 2010).

This poster provides the opportunity to review the possible effects a stroke can have on cognition and perception and what the health care provider can do to help.
